Drew Bledsoe was in street clothes standing under the goal posts at Foxboro Stadium two hours before kickoff when the Indianapolis Colts came to town earlier this season. He had been decked two weeks earlier by Jets linebacker Mo Lewis and wound up in the hospital with his life and career on the line.
