The chic new Limbo might be just the place for lunch. Put away dowdy notions of vegetable soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. Instead, you'll find onion soup, arugula salad, grilled taleggio with prosciutto. How much? Well, it's no Basement bargain: about $7 to $10 per course.
